Shipping Policy

How long does it take to get my order?

Every Reboot Threads tee is made fresh just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect:

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days
  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after production (where available)
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on destination

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Note: Shipping timelines may be extended during high-volume periods (holidays, limited drops). We'll always keep you posted.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered.

Because every tee is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer's remorse. But if something went wrong on our end — we've got you.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size
  • There was a print quality issue

To start a claim: Email us at hello@rebootthreads.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right — fast.

We don't believe in making returns hard. If we messed up, we own it.

FAQ

Do you offer plus sizes? Yes! We carry sizes S–5XL on most styles. Check individual product pages for size availability.

How do I know what size to order? Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — our tees are designed to fit comfortably.

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes can't be made. Email hello@rebootthreads.com ASAP if you need to make a change.

What's your tee quality like? We use premium unisex tees — soft, durable, and built to hold up through washes. Print quality is our standard, not a flex.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
